ALGEMENE KAMP VOORWAARDEN

1. De deelnemers kunnen inschrijven via de website
(www.studijobos.com) voor één of meerdere kampen. Onmiddellijk na de inschrijving
ontvang je een uitnodiging tot betaling of je betaalt online via de beschikbare
betaalmethodes. Pas na betaling van het volledige bedrag is de inschrijving
definitief.

2. Na het ontvangen van de factuur heeft de deelnemer dertig
werkdagen tijd om de betaling uit te voeren. Wanneer de betaling studijo bos vzw
niet tijdig bereikt en er geen antwoord/betaling volgt op de bijhorende
betaalherinnering, wordt de inschrijving geannuleerd. Last minute deelnemers
worden geacht het kamp vóór de start van het kamp te betalen. Een spreiding van
betaling of een annulatie kan steeds worden aangevraagd via
studijobos@gmail.com

 4. Annulatie van een
kamp door de gebruiker

4.1 Aanvraag tot annulatie: Deelnemers dienen hun aanvraag
tot annulatie steeds door te geven aan studijo BOS. Een annulatie kan via mail
naar studijobos@gmail.com of per telefoon. De deelnemer ontvangt daarna per
mail een bevestiging van annulatie. Door deze annulatie worden
betaalherinneringen stopgezet en kan Skillz vzw een andere (reserve)deelnemer
gelukkig maken met deze plaats.

4.2 Voorwaarden van de annulate:

1) Bij een niet-betaald kamp annuleert studijo bos vzw de
inschrijving kosteloos.

2) Een reeds betaald kamp: het inschrijvingsgeld wordt in
onderling overleg overgezet naar een ander kamp of terugbetaald mits
administratieve kost van 12EUR.

3) Door ziekte/ongeval: op vertoon van het doktersattest kan
studijo BOS vzw het inschrijvingsgeld terugstorten.

5. Alle kampdeelnemers zijn verzekerd tegen lichamelijke
ongevallen.

6. studijo bos vzw kan niet verantwoordelijk gesteld worden
voor diefstal, verlies en /of schade aan de door de deelnemers meegebrachte
persoonlijke voorwerpen.

7. In uitzonderlijke omstandigheden of bij te weinig
inschrijvingen kan een kamp geannuleerd worden of veranderen van locatie.
Skillz vzw zorgt steeds voor een alternatief kamp of betaalt het
inschrijvingsgeld integraal terug.

8. Bij een eventuele klacht kan de ouder steeds de
kampverantwoordelijke aanspreken of studijo bos vzw  contacteren per telefoon.

10. Toediening medicatie op kamp: Monitoren kunnen geen
medicatie toedienen aan de kinderen op kamp. Ze kunnen wel toezien dat de
medicatie tijdig en correct is ingenomen door het kind zelf op uitdrukkelijke
vraag van de ouder of voogd. Hij/zij, of studijo bos vzw kunnen geen
aansprakelijkheid aanvaarden voor de mogelijke gevolgen of bijwerkingen die na
het toedienen kunnen optreden.

11. Het vermelde inschrijvingsbedrag omvat alle kosten,
materiaal, accommodatie, begeleiding, opvang en verzekering, tenzij expliciet
anders vermeld op de website en in de communicatie.

 12. De adresgegevens
van de deelnemers komen terecht in het bestand van studijo bos vzw. U kan
hiervoor steeds onze privacyverklaring raadplegen.

14. Inzake het fiscale attest is de voogd/ouder
verantwoordelijk voor het aangeven van een ingevuld document, studijo bos zorgt
vervolgens voor de handtekening en de desbetreffende gegevens. 

1. ALGEMENE VERKOOPSVOORWAARDEN

Deze Algemene Verkoopsvoorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle bestellingen en
verkooptransacties via de website www.studijobos.be met betrekking tot de op de
website aangeboden producten. Door een bestelling te plaatsen aanvaard je deze
Verkoopsvoorwaarden volledig en zonder voorbehoud. Wij hebben het recht om de
Verkoopvoorwaarden aan te passen. Eventuele wijzigingen in de
verkoopsvoorwaarden zullen slechts van toepassing zijn op bestellingen die op of na
de datum van wijziging worden geplaatst.

 

 

2. TOEPASSING

Elke bestelling geldt als aanvaarding door de koper van onze algemene
voorwaarden, die integraal deel uitmaken van de overeenkomst, met uitsluiting van
alle andere algemene of bijzondere voorwaarden uitgaande van de koper,
behoudens uitdrukkelijk schriftelijk andersluidend beding.

 

4. OFFERTES EN AANVAARDING VAN DE BESTELLING

De prijzen zoals vermeld op de website van studijo BOS zijn in euro’s. De prijzen kunnen
ten alle tijde worden gewijzigd. Bij uitzonderingen wordt dit vermeld op
de website. Alle offertes en aanbiedingen van studijo BOS  zijn vrijblijvend, tenzij in de
offerte een termijn voor aanvaarding is gesteld. Een offerte of aanbieding vervalt als het
product of de dienst waarop de offerte betrekking heeft niet meer beschikbaar is.

Studijo BOS  kan niet aan de offerte of aanbieding worden gehouden als Opdracht
redelijkerwijs kan begrijpen dat de offerte of aanbieding een vergissing of verschrijving
bevat.

De in de offerte en op de website van studijo BOS genoemde prijzen zijn inclusief
verpakkingskosten. Verzendkosten worden apart in rekening gebracht en zijn afhankelijk
van de overeengekomen verzendwijze. Bij uitzonderingen wordt dit vermeld op de
website.

Indien de aanvaarding afwijkingen bevat ten opzichte van de offerte of aanbieding, dan is
studijo BOS daar niet aan gebonden, tenzij hierover schriftelijke overeenstemming is
bereikt tussen De Vuursteen en Opdrachtgever. Een samengestelde offerte kan alleen in
zijn geheel worden geaccepteerd. Studijo BOS  is niet gebonden om een gedeelte van deopdracht tegen het overeenkomstige deel van de opgegeven prijs te leveren.

Aanbiedingen en offertes gelden niet automatisch voor toekomstige orders.

5. LEVERING

U kan uw bestelling laten verzenden via Bpost..

Van zodra uw bestelling klaar staat, sturen wij u een e-mail met de gegevens mbt het
afhaalpunt en de openingsuren. 
U wordt duidelijk geïnformeerd in de e-mail met info over de mogelijke
afhaalmomenten.
De levering van producten zal dagelijks aangeboden aan bpost. 
In de meeste gevallen geldt dat de verzending plaatsvindt binnen
1 tot 2 werkdagen na het ontvangen van de betaling. Deze termijn is echter
een richtlijn en kan niet als bindend beschouwd worden. Geen enkele vertraging in
levering kan aanleiding geven tot verbreking van de koop of betaling van
schadevergoedingen ten voordele van de Koper, behoudens in geval van opzettelijke
vertraging. Wij zijn niet aansprakelijk voor vertragingen omwille van gebeurtenissen
buiten onze normale controle. Hieronder valt productieonderbrekingen, werkkrachten,
transportvertragingen, stakingen, werkonderbrekingen, die zowel onszelf als onze
leveranciers kunnen raken, ook al zijn deze voorzienbaar.
Foutief doorgegeven leveringsadressen zijn de verantwoordelijkheid van de koper en
kunnen aanleiding geven tot extra kosten. Tenzij anders aangegeven omvatten onze
prijzen niet het transport en de levering van de goederen bij de koper, deze kosten
worden afzonderlijk vermeld. Wij hebben het recht gedeeltelijke leveringen te
verrichten. In geval van niet-levering van de goederen worden de eventueel door de
koper betaalde sommen terugbetaald zonder interest of andere vergoeding.

6. VERLIES EN SCHADE DOOR VERZENDING

Studijo BOS kan niet aansprakelijk gesteld worden voor verlies, diefstal of
beschadiging tijdens het verzenden via de koerierdienst. Wij verpakken de
producten op een zorgvuldige manier dat beschadigingen bijna onmogelijk zijn. Ieder
pakje wordt verstuurd met Bpost en is voorzien van een unieke barcode die online
kan opgevolgd worden. Indien de klant problemen ondervindt met het ontvangen van
zijn pakje, kan deze zich altijd wenden tot studijobos@gmail.com met vermelding van
het bestelnummer. Schade aan verpakkingsmaterialen worden niet gezien als
productschade, en De Vuursteen kan niet aansprakelijk gesteld worden voor schade aan
de verpakking door transport.

 

7. EIGENDOMSVOORBEHOUD

De geleverde goederen zullen onze eigendom blijven tot de volledige betaling
gebeurd is, inclusief alle kosten en lasten, nalatigheidsinteresten en vergoedingen.
Bij niet betaling hebben wij het recht de goederen terug te nemen op kosten van de
koper.

8. KLACHTEN

Klachten en elke zichtbare beschadiging en/of kwalitatieve tekortkomingen van een
artikel of andere tekortkoming bij de levering, moet binnen de 7 dagen na levering
worden vermeld, anders vervalt elk recht.

9. WAARBORG

Onze waarborg beperkt zich tot de waarborg voor verborgen gebreken en de
waarborg ingeval van consumentenkoop, beiden voorzien in het Burgerlijk Wetboek.
Wij staan enkel in voor schade die het gevolg is van opzet of grove fout.

 

10. VERZAKINGSRECHT

Je hebt het recht om af te zien van de aankoop binnen de veertien kalenderdagen
vanaf de dag die volgt op de levering, m.u.v. alle gepersonaliseerde producten. Dit
wanneer u onze producten hebt gekocht voor niet-professionele doeleinden. 

12. PRIVACY.

Door Opdrachtgever verstrekte persoonsgegevens worden uitsluitend door De Vuursteen
gebruikt en zullen niet aan derden ter beschikking worden gesteld, mits dat noodzakelijk
is voor de betaling en bezorging van de bestelling. Persoonsgegevens zullen nooit aan
derden ter beschikking worden gesteld voor commerciële doeleinden.

13. AUTEURSRECHT

De inhoud van de webshop is beschermd door het auteursrecht, door
handelsmerken en door andere intellectuele eigendomsrechten. In alle gevallen
blijven alle eigendomsrechten met betrekking tot de content en de materialen
vermeld in de webshop, in handen van de verkoper of hun respectieve leveranciers
(naargelang wat van toepassing is). De webshop mag niet worden gereproduceerd,
noch geheel noch gedeeltelijk, overgezet via elektrische of conventionele methodes,
gewijzigd, gelinkt aan of gebruikt voor publieke of commerciële doeleinden zonder
het voorafgaande schriftelijke akkoord van de verkoper.

14. SCHEIDBAARHEID

Indien een artikel van deze voorwaarden nietig wordt verklaard, zal deze nietigheid
de geldigheid van de overige artikelen niet aantasten.

15. TOEPASSELIJK RECHT

Alle overeenkomsten afgesloten met de Verkoper worden beheerst door het Belgisch
recht. De Belgische rechtbanken zijn exclusief bevoegd.
